General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for processing and protecting personal data carried out by Angels Logistics LLC (the “Operator”) when you use the website angelslog.com, as well as when you contact the Operator by phone, email, via messaging apps, or through other communication channels.
1.2. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, including the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 07 May 2021 No. 99‑Z “On Personal Data Protection”, and other applicable legal acts governing the processing and protection of personal data.
1.3. This Policy applies to all personal data received by the Operator from data subjects (clients, client representatives, website visitors).
1.4. By using the website, submitting requests/messages, or contacting the Operator, the data subject confirms that they have read and understood this Policy.

Terms and Definitions
3.1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3.2. Data subject means a natural person to whom the personal data relates.
3.3. Personal data processing means any action (operation) performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, modification, use, anonymization, blocking, disclosure, provision, deletion, and destruction.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
4.1. Handling inquiries and requests for consultation and/or quotations, and providing feedback to the applicant.
4.2. Preparing commercial offers, agreeing on transportation/freight forwarding terms, and concluding and performing freight forwarding and other service agreements.
4.3. Organizing transportation and related operations (document preparation, interaction with carriers/terminals/warehouses/insurance companies/customs representatives — to the extent necessary to provide the services).
4.4. Maintaining business correspondence and communications with clients and client representatives.
4.5. Complying with statutory obligations (accounting and tax records, document retention, responses to inquiries and requests from competent authorities).
4.6. Ensuring the operation and security of the website and improving service quality (including through cookies and technical data), where relevant settings/mechanisms are used.

Categories of Personal Data Processed
5.1. The Operator may process the following personal data (depending on the communication channel and the specific tasks):
— full name (where provided);
— phone number;
— email address;
— company name and job title (if the request is made on behalf of a legal entity);
— the content of the inquiry/request;
— information required to organize transportation/provide services (for example: origin/destination points, contact details of responsible persons on the client’s side, information needed to issue shipping and/or other documents — to the extent provided by the client and necessary to perform the agreement).
5.2. The website may automatically process technical data: IP address, browser and device information, access date and time, cookies, and information about actions on the website — for the purposes stated in clause 4.6 (if such tools are used).

Legal Grounds for Processing
6.1. The Operator processes personal data based on:
— the data subject’s consent (for example, when submitting a form on the website and ticking the consent checkbox, or when requesting a consultation/quotation);
— the need to enter into and/or perform an agreement to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into an agreement;
— compliance with obligations imposed on the Operator by law;
— other grounds provided for by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

Consent Procedure and Withdrawal
7.1. When submitting a request via website forms, consent to personal data processing is confirmed by an affirmative action of the data subject (for example, by ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and submitting the form).
7.2. The data subject may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Operator using the details in Section 2, unless otherwise provided by law and/or where processing is required to enter into/perform an agreement or to comply with legal obligations.

Processing Conditions and Methods
8.1. Personal data may be processed with the use of automation tools and/or without such tools.
8.2. The Operator implements necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, destruction, and other unlawful actions.
8.3. Access to personal data is granted only to the Operator’s employees/authorized persons who require such access to perform their duties.

Disclosure to Third Parties
9.1. The Operator may disclose personal data to third parties where and to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 4, including carriers, freight forwarders, terminals, warehouses, insurance companies, customs representatives, and other contractors involved in providing the services.
9.2. Personal data may be disclosed to competent state authorities in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
9.3. When using the Tilda platform and other services that enable the operation of the website and the handling of requests, personal data may be processed by such service providers acting as the Operator’s authorized processors — to the extent required for the technical functioning of the website and for receiving requests.

Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. Due to the international nature of logistics services and the use of online services, personal data processing and/or transfer may involve cross-border data flows.
10.2. Cross-border transfers are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Belarus and on the basis of appropriate legal grounds (consent of the data subject or other grounds provided by law), and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

Personal Data Retention Periods
11.1. Personal data is retained no longer than required for the purposes of processing, unless a longer retention period is required by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
11.2. Personal data obtained through website forms, as well as through phone, email, and messaging app communications, is retained for 3 (three) years from the date of the last interaction with the data subject, unless a longer period is required to enter into/perform an agreement and/or for accounting and/or tax purposes in accordance with applicable law.
11.3. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing or expiration of retention periods, personal data shall be deleted and/or destroyed in accordance with the Operator’s procedures, unless otherwise required by law.

Data Subject Rights
The data subject has the right to:
12.1. Receive information about the processing of their personal data.
12.2. Request that their personal data be updated or corrected if it is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
12.3. Request termination of processing and/or deletion (destruction) of personal data where there are no legal grounds for processing.
12.4. Withdraw consent to personal data processing (where processing is based on consent).
12.5. Challenge the Operator’s actions (or inaction) related to personal data processing in accordance with the procedure established by law.
12.6. To exercise these rights, the data subject may send a request to the Operator using the contact details in Section 2. The Operator may request information necessary to verify the identity of the applicant to the extent required for identification and handling the request.

Cookies and Technical Data (Where Applicable)
13.1. The website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper operation, analytics, and improved user experience.
13.2. The user may restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the correct operation of certain website functions.

Final Provisions
